Originally from the Island of Islay off the west coast of Scotland, I graduated from Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone in Dundee in 2007, later moving to Edinburgh to learn silversmithing.
Heavily inspired by my time growing up on the beautiful Scottish Island, I use freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and sterling silver to create unique pieces of jewellery. Many of the designs use texture and oxidising to give the silver a rustic, tactile finish, reflecting surfaces found within the natural environment. Each piece is individually hand crafted by me in my Glasgow based studio.
I am available for commissions so if you would like to speak to me about a piece please get in touch.
