All items are handmade in our Islay workshop. Available items that are in stock will usually be dispatched the next day the same week.
Because of our Island location we can't always guarantee the weather so please allow extra time for delivery where possible.

All our jewellery comes beautifully presented and boxed ready to be given as a gift. (Even if it's just for you!)
For hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.
Bespoke items or stock pieces that have been adjusted may not be returnable, however if there is a problem with anything you have ordered please let us know and we will do our best to sort it for you. If an item is faulty we will repair or replace it for you but please contact us first to arrange.

As everything is made in our island workshop we are able to make adjustments to your pieces. Chains can be made to custom lengths and often earrings can be altered from studs to drops and visa versa. If you would like to purchase a piece but make adjustments please get in touch to discuss. Please also bear in mind that if we have made adjustments we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for these pieces.
All our jewellery is handmade using precious metals. To avoid any damage we recommend that you remove jewellery before bathing and sleeping.
For silver pieces, use a soft silver polishing cloth to remove any tarnish from the surface, being careful not to over polish satin or oxidised finishes. You will find over time that surface finishes may begin to polish up at the edges from wear or that the piece may take on scratches and marks from general wear. This is all part of it's character but remember pieces can be re-finished and renewed so just get in touch if you have any questions or would like to discuss having pieces polished and cleaned.
