Imprints taken from old buttons decorate these beautifully detailed stud earrings.
My Grandma saved every wee scrap of fabric, snipped buttons off clothes that had gone past being able to be mended and re-used them for so many things. Tiny clothes for our dolls were embellished with saved scraps, laces and trims. The big box of buttons was of great fascination to us as kids and was often tipped out on to a tea tray on rainy days to keep us entertained.
The Imprint collection is inspired by these gathered treasures. Favourites have been cast and used to create new treasures captured in silver and gold.
